Non-Profit Booths

We provide a space for Non-Profit Organizations to set-up a booth or table and handout information.

Find application here, and submit it by August 15th (for Fall) and March 1 (for Spring). The fee is $50 and includes 2 day passes per day to staff the booth. The tickets do not include parking which is $4/day or $10 for the all 4 days. Set-up is on Wednesday before the festival starts. Even if you can’t staff the booth all days of the festival we ask that you set-up your booth on Wednesday as you won’t be able to drive to your booth after Thursday at 9am. Breakdown of the booth should not take place until 6pm on Sunday.
