Long, Slow & Deep Dance Relief Yoga
This is a specialty class designed for Shakori Hills to keep you feeling amazing so you can dance your way to bliss. 90 minutes of seated and reclined restorative postures as well as breathing techniques to open up and soothe your dancing bodies. Prana Vinyasa Yoga
Prana Vinyasa is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of teachers. Feeling your way through Yoga
This class will focus on how yoga creates space to allow one’s body to connect with the heart. We will explore grounding poses to support the buoyancy of Joy to emerge naturally. This class will incorporate essential oils that enhance one’s ability to deepen our heart and body connection. A slower, inward practice where poses are held for extended periods of time allowing for the practice of letting go. Exploring our potential for greater openness and respecting our limitations, we will use the body and focused breath, building intensity to work at a deeper level with our emotions and our minds, helping us to free old patterns. Guided Breath Work

Vinyassa Hatha Yoga
Join Musician and Yoga Instrutor, Tain Collins for a soft flowing yoga class. All are welcome! Breath is synchronized with movement as a meditation in motion. Starting with gentle asanas, we will transition into a more challenging standing sequence and end with twisting and calming poses – a balanced class with attention to the entire body. Thai Yoga Bodywork
This workshop is a gentle and restorative yoga practice combined with the healing modalities of massage, bodywork and Thai massage; expanding and deepening one’s connection to the body, mind and spirit. All levels VinYin is the perfect balance between yin and yang. Class starts with Vinyasa and end with Yin yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The active practice of vinyasa flow requires us to tap into our yang energy as we move dynamically from pose to pose. The yin practice, rooted in the Taoist yoga tradition, is slower paced and postures are held longer. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues healing to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Led by Bill Lamb RYT-200. Melodic Conscious Breathing Meditation(Live Music)
What if you could experience some of the benefits that meditation has to offer immediately, and in a single session? This is exactly what we are offering in our workshop: a tiny peak into what meditation is like. Through conscious breathing you can silence your mind and feel what it would be like if you cultivated a practice of meditation. Guided by Theo Feaster and live music provided by XYLEM, we’ll take you on a melodic journey through diaphragmatic breathing, that has been shown to combat anxiety and bolster the immune system.
