VinYin Yoga

Movement Tent, Friday, 5:00 p.m.; Saturday 2:00 p.m.; Sunday 3:00 p.m.

All-levels VinYin is the perfect balance between yin and yang. Class starts with vinyasa and ends with yin yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The active practice of vinyasa flow requires us to tap into our yang energy as we move dynamically from pose to pose. The yin practice, rooted in the Taoist yoga tradition, is slower-paced and postures are held longer. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues healing to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Led by Bill Lamb RYT-200.

Classical Yoga

Movement Tent, Friday, 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 4:00 p.m.; Sunday 4:00 p.m.

The true purpose of Yoga is Self-Realization. This class moves through all the main postures, with a focus on correct alignment and ease of purpose to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles and joints and strengthen the nervous system. Pranayama (breathing) is incorporated into all the movements, so fantastic feelings of inner calm are felt. We emphasize practicing in a relaxed manner and feeling content during the practice. This practice ends with deep relaxation, breathing and meditation to remove impurities and bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind, let by Crystal Hetrick.
