Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival of Music & Dance is located at the Shakori Hills Community Arts Center:

From Chapel Hill, NC and points northeast

1. Take US-15/501 South from Chapel Hill, past Cole Park Plaza, Fearrington Village, and Northwood High School.

2. Shortly past Northwood High School, turn right onto the entrance ramp for Route 64 West.

3. Take exit 381 for NC-87 North.

4. Follow NC-87 North, and turn left onto Silk Hope Gum Springs Road. (There’s a yellow Y road sign right before the turn.).

5. Just after you pass Emmaus Baptist Church on your right, turn right on Emerson Cook Road.

6. Follow Emerson Cook until you reach a stop sign.

7. Turn left at the stop sign onto Henderson Tanyard Road. Shakori Hills is less than a mile on your left.

 From Raleigh, NC and points east

1. Take US-64 West toward Pittsboro.

2. Take exit 381 for NC-87 North.

3. Follow NC-87 North, and turn left onto Silk Hope Gum Springs Road. (There’s a yellow Y road sign right before the turn.).

4. Just after you pass Emmaus Baptist Church on your right, turn right on Emerson Cook Road.

5. Follow Emerson Cook until you reach a stop sign.

6. Turn left at the stop sign onto Henderson Tanyard Road. Shakori Hills is less than a mile on your left.

From Greensboro, NC and points west (I-40)

1. From I-40 / I-85, take US-421 South via Exit 126A toward Sanford to US-64.

2. Take US-64 East, over the Cape Fear River Basin, just past Wal-Mart, and take the next left on Silk Hope Rd.

3. Go straight on Silk Hope Rd for about 5 miles, through the blinking yellow light in Silk Hope, and take the next right on Epps Clark Rd.

4. At the Stop Sign go straight onto Henderson Tanyard Rd. Shakori Hills is less than a mile on your right.
