Join Crystal for this slow and meditative practice designed to bring new awareness and inner guidance, to keep you smiling and dancing all weekend long. Hoop Dance
Through a series of simple and fun drills, attendees will learn fundamental hooping skills, with a focus on basic off-body techniques and sequencing to “find your flow.” Whether you’re new to hooping or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a playful and supportive environment for all levels. YAS Yoga

Budokon Yoga
A martial-arts-inspired style, built around the Budokon Primary Series. This practice moves through seven sections of slow, controlled transitions that develop mobility, agility, flexibility, and strength with an emphasis on precision, repetition, and fluid movement.
