Vinyasa – Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice connecting movement to breath. Strengthening and stretching the connective tissues and energy flow of the body, this yoga style is moving meditation. Accessible to all levels.

YAS Yoga – Yoga with Auditory Silliness: Release the frog in your throat through fun breathwork, intertwined with an asana flow to target cranky places in the body. Perfect for after hootin’, hollerin’ and dancin’!  Zoe Gobetz – Thursday & Friday 2pm

Kundalini Yoga – Combine breathwork, movement, mantra and meditation to awaken your inner energy. This class is designed to activate the Kundalini energy at the base of your spine, allowing it to flow through the chakras, creating balance and spiritual awakening. Earth Yoga – Embrace the dynamic energy of the sun and calming energy of the moon in this vinyasa-style class focused around sun salutations. Christine Veit – Moon Yoga, Thursday 4pm; Sun Yoga, Sunday 9am

Mindfulness Meditation – A warm welcome to pause and be still, check in with yourself, and allow whatever’s arising for you during this Shakori Hills Festival. Mindfulness meditation is a silent practice in which focusing on our breath helps us cultivate ease, presence, curiosity, compassion and many other qualities with whatever we encounter in life. Shakti Movement – Combining somatic meditation and tantric sound therapy, Shakti movement is rooted in the traditions of the Nepalese Himalayas. This transformative practice helps you release emotional blockages, activate your inner energy, and deepen your connection to both body and spirit. Rajesh Karki – Thursday 6pm

The Fire with Zen – Join The Fire with Zen each evening for a transformative Agnihotra class. Experience the ancient Vedic fire ceremony performed at sunset to harmonize with nature, purify the atmosphere, and cultivate inner peace. This sacred ritual is followed by a serene silent meditation, offering space for reflection and connection. All are welcome to this calming, healing practice. Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7pm

Sound Healing – Join Shannon Trudeau and DJ Pamlico for a unique experience of vocal tuning paired with live ambient music. Let the soothing sounds relax your body and help you focus your mind for a deeply calming and rejuvenating experience. Shannon Trudeau – Cabaret Tent, Friday 9am

Forza Training – Yoga with focus on flexibility, breathwork, light strength training and stimulating the mind-body connection. Angelo Iovino – Friday & Sunday 11am

Warrior Love – Love like a warrior—a playful dive into the mythology of the warrior poses that bring strength, flexibility and balance. Justin Bost – Friday & Saturday 1pm

Classical Yoga – This practice is drawn from the eight limbs and nine forms, intended for the purpose of self-realization. A slow and integrative practice to bring new awareness and inner guidance. All are welcome. Crystal Hetrick – Friday & Saturday 4pm

Appalachian Juggler – Learn to Juggle with up to seven props!!  Chandler Corbin – Friday & Saturday 5pm

Yin&Poetry – Blending the calming practice of yin yoga with the healing sound of HandPan drumming, guided by creative movement and poetry. This unique experience invites you to connect deeply with your body and soul as we explore crafting and aromatic flow. Jackie Deconti – Saturday 8am & Sunday 10am

Animal Flow – A class combining strength, mobility, and coordination. Starting with warm-up mobilizations, then breaking down movements step-by-step, to gradually build them into a fluid, dance-like flow. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, energized and connected to your body. Katina Gad – Sunday 12pm

Clementine Hoops – Learn fundamental hooping skills through simple drills focusing on basic off-body techniques and sequencing. The goal is to help you “find your flow” and build confidence in your movement. Whether you’re new to hooping or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a playful and supportive environment for all levels. Amy Clemmons – Sunday 1pm

Kung Fu – A movement class grounded in the principles of Chinese Kung Fu, focusing on balance, strength, and fluidity. Maestra Imari Colón – Sunday 2pm

Tensegrity – Comprised of the terms “tension” and “integrity,” Tensegrity is a modern version of held poses and muscle movement called “magical passes,” developed by Shamans in Mexico prior to the Spanish conquest. Jordan Puryear – Dance Tent, Saturday 10am

Kids Yoga – Join Amelia in this fun class for all ages. Use breath, movement and imaginative play to start off your day right. Kids Area, Saturday & Sunday 10am
